Here is a short Jain repentance prayer:

Micchāmi Dukkaḍaṃ “I ask forgiveness for any wrong thought, word, or deed done knowingly or unknowingly. May my soul be purified. May I live with अहिंसा, क्षमा, and संयम.”

Simple version: “O Arihant and Siddha Bhagwan, forgive my faults. I repent for all mistakes committed by me. Please bless me with pure conduct and a peaceful mind.”

Micchāmi Dukkaḍaṃ means: May my faults be forgiven.
