In Jainism, grahas do exist as physical celestial bodies, but they are not the ultimate causes of your fate, karma, or liberation.

So why do people talk about grahs so much?

with celestial movements. Jainism accepts that these bodies exist and operate in nature, but it does not place them above karma.
