Do people get married after swanubhav yatra
If by swanubhav yatra you mean the inner journey of आत्मानुभव / self-realization in Jain Dharma, then marriage is not automatically forbidden after it.
In Jain view:
- A householder can continue family life, including marriage, while following dharma.
- But as inner awareness deepens, a person may feel more inclined toward brahmacharya, simplicity, and detachment.
- For those who take diksha and become sadhu/sadhvi, marriage is no longer part of their life.
So the answer is:
Yes, a person may marry after such a spiritual journey if they remain a householder. But if they choose renunciation, then marriage is not pursued.
Jain Dharma always gives priority to vow, conduct, and non-attachment.
