If you want a single, standalone, original Jain text that is primarily devoted to the Siddha-tattva, the best fit is:
_Siddha-prābhṛta_ (also known as _Siddha Pāhuḍa_) by Ācārya Kundakunda.
It is a classic independent Jain treatise focused on the nature, qualities, and pure liberated state of the Siddha soul. Among standalone Jain works, it is one of the most direct and foundational texts on this subject.
