If by chemistry you mean:

• good understanding between people, Jainism supports it through ahimsa, truth, non-possessiveness, and forgiveness.
• inner transformation and positive connection, Jainism teaches that pure conduct and control of passions create peace and harmony.
• attraction or attachment, Jainism does not encourage that as a goal, because it can increase bondage of karma.

So, Jainism can help create harmony and respectful relationships, but its aim is spiritual purity, not worldly chemistry.
