I AM DREAMING OF SEXY JAIN GIRLS SHLD I BE ASHAMED
In Jain Dharma, do not drown in shame for a dream. Dreams can arise from past impressions, thoughts, and the workings of the mind. A dream by itself is not the same as deliberate action.
What matters is your response:
- Do not enjoy or feed the lustful thoughts.
- Do not hate yourself harshly.
- Calmly become aware of the mind.
- Practice brahmacharya and self-restraint.
- Do pratikraman and repent gently if you feel your mind has become impure.
Jain teaching encourages forgiveness, awareness, and purification, not self-destruction through guilt. So the right attitude is: “This happened in the mind; I will remain disciplined and move toward purity.”
If the thoughts keep coming often, reduce sensual inputs, stay busy in dharma, and strengthen your vows of restraint.
