I LOVE SEX WHAT SHLD I DO AS A JAIN
In Jain Dharma, sexual desire is understood as kāma and is something to be handled with self-control, awareness, and non-attachment.
What you can do:
- Do not hate yourself. Having strong desire is a human condition.
- Practice brahmacharya in the Jain sense: restraint of senses and purity of mind.
- Reduce triggers that increase lust, such as sensual content, idle fantasizing, and overindulgence.
- Keep the mind busy with prayer, swadhyaya, meditation, seva, and useful work.
- Practice fasting or partial restraint if suitable, as an aid to controlling the senses.
- If you are a householder, Jainism does not demand complete renunciation; it asks for disciplined and ethical conduct.
- If you are aiming for higher spiritual progress, steadily increase restraint and detachment.
Remember: in Jainism, the goal is not repression, but mastery over desire so the soul becomes lighter, calmer, and less bound by karma.
A simple inner prayer can be: “May my senses become disciplined. May my mind remain pure. May I live with restraint and non-attachment.”
