Are there demegids in Jainism??
In Jainism, there are devas and devis, which are heavenly beings, sometimes loosely compared to “demigods.”
But in Jain Dharma:
- they are not creators
- they are not all-powerful
- they are also subject to karma and rebirth
- they are still within संसार (samsara)
So, if by “demegids” you mean demigods, then yes, Jainism accepts heavenly beings, but not as supreme divine beings. The goal in Jainism is moksha, beyond even the heavenly realms.
