krishna bhagwan recited which sutra so that he could lower his narak sufferings
According to Jain tradition, Lord Krishna is considered a historical figure, but his story and status differ significantly from that in Hinduism. In Jain texts, it is believed that Krishna, due to his involvement in violence (especially the killing of Jarasandha and others during the Mahabharata war), accumulated karmas that led to his rebirth in the third hell (narak) after his death.
There is a popular Jain belief that, while suffering in narak, Krishna remembered the teachings he had heard from the Tirthankaras, especially from Lord Neminath (his cousin and the 22nd Tirthankara). It is said that he recited the "Namokar Mantra" (also known as the Navkar Mantra or Namaskar Mantra), which is the most auspicious and fundamental prayer in Jainism, offering obeisance to the Panch Parameshti (five supreme beings).
By reciting the Namokar Mantra with repentance (pratikraman) and deep devotion, Krishna is believed to have reduced the duration and intensity of his suffering in the hellish realms.
Summary: In Jainism, Krishna Bhagwan is believed to have recited the Namokar Mantra to help reduce his narak (hell) sufferings.
