In Jainism, there is no creator God who made the universe or controls it.

The highest revered beings are:

• Arihants / Tirthankars: enlightened souls who have destroyed all inner karmas and show the path to liberation.
• Siddhas: fully liberated souls who have reached Moksha and are forever free.

So, in Jain Dharma, the closest meaning of “Jain god” is not a creator deity, but liberated and enlightened souls who are worshipped for their pure state and guidance.

The main ideal in Jainism is to become like them through ahimsa, truth, self-control, and detachment.
