Bhadreswar Tirth is a significant Jain pilgrimage site located in Bhadreswar, Kutch district, Gujarat, India. According to Jain tradition, the original temple at Bhadreswar was established in ancient times. The present temple is said to have been renovated (jinodhar) by Jagdusha (also spelled as Jagdu Shah or Jagadusha), a wealthy and devout Jain merchant and philanthropist, in the 13th century CE.

Jagdusha was a prominent sheth (merchant) of the time and was known for his piety, charitable works, and dedication to Jainism. He played a major role in the renovation and restoration (jinodhar) of the Bhadreswar Tirth after it was damaged. The temple is dedicated to Shantinath Bhagwan, the 16th Tirthankara.
