No — in the strictest Jain sense, attachment to your mother is a form of rāga and bondage, so it is not the path to heaven.
A heavenly rebirth is possible only when meritorious karma is very strong, but attachment itself is still bondage. So the strict answer is:
- For moksha: No
- For heaven: Not guaranteed, and attachment is not spiritually ideal
In Jain Dharma, the highest aim is complete detachment, not emotional bondage.
