so can we say all samsarik jeev can eventually get moksh?
In Jainism, yes — every samsārī jīva has the capacity to attain mokṣa, because every soul is inherently pure and has the potential to become siddha.
But it is not correct to say that every samsārī jīva will automatically or definitely attain mokṣa. Why? Because a soul must destroy all karmas through right faith, right knowledge, right conduct, and spiritual effort. Without that, it continues in saṃsāra.
So the most precise Jain answer is:
- Potentially: yes, every jīva can attain mokṣa.
- Automatically / certainly: no, only those who remove all karma attain mokṣa.
In short: all souls are eligible for mokṣa, but mokṣa is achieved only through complete spiritual purification.
