What kind of karma are bound if you put fake experience on your CV to get a part-time job, but the intention is only to get a job and to pay off your financial burden. Nothing else.

In Jain Dharma, putting false experience on a CV is considered asatya (falsehood) and also a form of maya (deceit). Even if the intention is to get a job and repay financial burden, the act still binds pāpa karma.

    Likely karma bound

    • Asatya-related pāpa: because the statement is false.
    • Māyā / deceit-related bondage: because there is intentional misrepresentation.
    • Mohaniya karma: especially through attachment and delusion, since the act is driven by desire to secure gain.
    • If the motive is strongly tied to greed or pressure for benefit, it can also strengthen lobh-based bondage.

    Jain understanding

In Jain ethics, the purity of conduct matters, not only the goal. A good purpose does not make a false act spiritually clean. So even if the external aim is to repay debt, the inner action is still a wrong means.

    Spiritual nuance

If a person is desperate, the karmic weight may be less severe than lying with arrogance, cruelty, or intent to cheat others badly. But it is still bondage, because:
    • the truth is concealed,
    • another person is misled,
    • and the soul is moved by attachment and deceit.

    Better Jain approach

    A Jain would try to:
    • speak truthfully,
    • seek work within one’s actual qualification,
    • accept humble employment,
    • and reduce burden through satya, ahimsa, and aparigraha.

In short: it binds pāpa karma, especially through asatya, māyā, and mohaniya bondage, even if the intention is financial relief.
