Basic principal of jainism
The basic principles of Jainism are:
- Ahimsa — non-violence in thought, speech, and action.
- Satya — truthfulness.
- Asteya — not stealing.
- Brahmacharya — celibacy or control of desires.
- Aparigraha — non-attachment and non-possessiveness.
These are the core vows of Jain Dharma. Jainism also teaches:
- Soul exists in every living being
- Karma binds the soul
- Liberation (moksha) is possible through right faith, right knowledge, and right conduct
- Respect for all life forms
- Self-discipline, forgiveness, and compassion
In simple words, Jainism teaches how to live with ahimsa, purity, restraint, and spiritual liberation.
