How to over come Antalya karma
In Jain Dharma, Antaraya karma is the karma that creates obstacles in charity, gain, enjoyment, and spiritual effort.
To weaken and overcome it, one should practice:
- Ahimsa: avoid harm in thought, speech, and action.
- Satya: remain truthful.
- Aparigraha: reduce attachment and greed.
- Dana: give with a pure and selfless heart.
- Seva: serve saints, the needy, and the Sangh.
- Swadhyaya: study Jain scriptures regularly.
- Tap: do penance such as fasting, ekasana, ayambil, and other suitable austerities.
- Samayik and Pratikraman: purify the soul through reflection and repentance.
- Bhakti and Namaskar: worship the Arihants, Siddhas, Acharyas, Upadhyayas, and Sadhus with devotion.
- Control of anger, pride, deceit, and greed: these greatly support karmic bondage.
The key is to live with purity of intention, non-attachment, and steady spiritual discipline. Antaraya karma is reduced by selfless conduct, charity, restraint, and sincere tapasya.
If you meant Antaraya karma, this is the Jain way to overcome it.
