Very simple kid-style daily Pachchakhān examples

You can also make them into short personal pledges like:

    • “I will say 11 Navkars before eating.”
    • “I will feed birds before breakfast.”
    • “I will not hurt any living being today.”
    • “I will speak kindly all day.”
    • “I will not waste water today.”
    • “I will help one person today.”
    • “I will remember Lord Mahāvīr before sleep.”

    Important note

For children, the best vows are:
    • small
    • easy to follow
    • done with joy
    • not forced
    • taken with parents’ guidance

If you want, I can also make this into:

    1. a Gujarati list, or
    2. a formal “I will…” Pachchakhān format for kids to recite daily.
