In Jain dharma, seeing someone’s body with lustful intent can create paap-bandh through vishay-vashna and kashaya like raga, moha, and krodha, because it increases attachment and disturbs brahmacharya and ahimsa of mind.

If it is only a natural, accidental seeing without lust, strong desire, or bad intent, then the paap is much less. But if the mind starts dwelling, imagining, or craving, then the bandh becomes stronger.

Jain teaching:

• Control the mind and eyes.
• Reduce attachment.
• Preserve brahmacharya and purity of thought.
• Treat every soul with respect, not as an object of desire.

So the main paap is mental bondage from lustful thought and attachment, not simply the act of seeing.
