The Kalpa Sūtra traditionally begins with the Namokar Mantra. In English, it is:

“Salutations to the Arihants, salutations to the Siddhas, salutations to the Acharyas, salutations to the Upadhyayas, and salutations to all Sadhus.”

A simple meaning is:

“I bow to the enlightened beings, the liberated souls, the teachers, the preceptors, and all monks.”
