In many Jain traditions, while offering dhoop, the phrase is:

“Dhoopam samarpayami” or simply “Dhoop arpan karuṁ”

In Gujarati/Hindi-style devotion, people also say:

“He Bhagwan, dhoop arpan karuṁ chhuṁ.”

Tradition-wise wording can vary a little, but the भावना is the same: to offer fragrant dhoop with pure devotion and reverence.
