I am having repeated job loss and carrier breaks, which stotra or mantra is best as remedy

In Jainism, the focus is on self-effort (purushartha), right conduct, and purity of mind rather than seeking supernatural remedies for worldly issues. However, reciting certain stotras or mantras can help cultivate inner peace, clarity, and positive vibrations, which may indirectly benefit your circumstances.

One of the most revered and universally recited prayers in Jainism is the Navkar Mantra (Namokar Mantra):

    णमो अरिहंताणं णमो सिद्धाणं णमो आयरियाणं णमो उवज्जायाणं णमो लोए सव्वसाहूणं। Eso Pancha Namokkaro, Savva Pāvappanāsano, Mangalanam cha Savvesim, Padhamam Havai Mangalam.

Translation: Obeisance to Arihants (enlightened beings), Obeisance to Siddhas (liberated souls), Obeisance to Acharyas (spiritual leaders), Obeisance to Upadhyayas (spiritual teachers), Obeisance to all Sadhus (monks) in the world. This five-fold salutation destroys all sins and is the first and foremost among all auspicious things.

    How to proceed:

    • Recite the Navkar Mantra daily with devotion and concentration.
    • Reflect on the qualities of the enlightened beings, and cultivate virtues like truthfulness, non-violence, patience, and right effort.
    • Practice right conduct, avoid negativity, and perform your duties sincerely.
    • If possible, engage in charitable acts (daan), self-discipline (samyak charitra), and meditation (dhyan) to strengthen your mind.

Jainism teaches that our karmas (past and present actions) influence our circumstances. By purifying our thoughts, speech, and actions, and by reciting such mantras with the right intention, we can gradually overcome obstacles and find peace and direction in our lives.

If you wish, you may also seek guidance from a Jain monk or scholar for spiritual support and practical advice.
