According to Jain tradition, the famous idol of Lord Parshwanath at Shankheshwar Tirth in Gujarat is believed to have been installed by Damyanti Rani, the queen of King Siddhraj Jaisinh of Patan. The idol is said to be made of white marble and is revered as "Shankheshwar Parshwanath." This tirtha is one of the most prominent pilgrimage sites for Jains, especially among the Śvētāmbara sect.

As per Jain legends, Damyanti Rani was a devout follower of Lord Parshwanath. Her devotion and faith are associated with the miraculous emergence or installation of the idol at Shankheshwar. The temple has undergone several renovations over the centuries, but the original idol is still the focal point of worship.
