Ther are how many gatis
In Jainism, there are four gatis (states of existence or realms of birth) where souls can be reborn according to their karma. These four gatis are:
- Deva Gati – The heavenly or celestial beings (gods).
- Manushya Gati – The human beings.
- Tiryanch Gati – The animals, birds, insects, plants, and all non-human living beings.
- Naraka Gati – The hellish beings (those born in hell).
A soul can be reborn in any of these four gatis based on its karmic accumulation and actions.
