Chandan pooja steps and which sequence are there and which stuti say when we do pooja and also give me loggas

    2 weeks ago 11

    Answer

In a common Jain puja sequence, Chandan Pooja comes after Jal Pooja and before Pushpa Pooja. The usual Ashta Prakari sequence is: Jal, Chandan, Pushpa, Dhoop, Deep, Akshat, Naivedya, Fal. In some traditions, Chandan is offered at nine sacred points on the idol. ( yja.org)

    Explanation

A simple way to do Chandan Pooja is:
    1. Enter the temple with a calm mind and clean clothes.
    2. Offer Navkar Mantra before starting.
    3. Do Jal Pooja first.
    4. Prepare pure sandalwood paste.
    5. Offer the chandan gently to the idol according to your temple’s vidhi.
    6. Then continue with Pushpa, Dhoop, Deep, Akshat, Naivedya, and Fal.

This matches the commonly followed Jain puja flow. ( jainsite.com)

For stuti, the safest and most common recitations are Navkar Mantra at the beginning and Logassa after the puja / during kausagga. Some temples recite Logassa three times in front of the Tirthankar image. ( jainsite.com)

    Logassa

The opening of Logassa is traditionally:

“logassa ujjoagare dhammatitthayare jiNe, arihaMte kittaissaM, cauvIsaM pi kevlii”.

This stotra praises the 24 Tirthankars and, in its later lines, prays for aayrogy, bodhi-labh, samadhi, and ultimately siddhi. ( jainqq.org)

    Spiritual Understanding

Chandan symbolizes coolness, purity, and inner peace. In Jain worship, the outer offering is important, but the inner feeling matters even more: humility, devotion, and right intention. The puja becomes meaningful when the mind is शांत, श्रद्धा से भरा हुआ, and focused on the गुण of the Tirthankar. ( jainsamaj.org)

    Takeaway

So the short answer is: Jal first, then Chandan, then the rest of Ashta Prakari Puja. For stuti, Navkar Mantra at the start and Logassa after the puja are the most common and safe recitations. ( yja.org)
