Many jīvas can have vachan-yoga or the capacity of speech, depending on their body, senses, mind, and karmic condition.

Therefore, its highest and truly dharmic form is found in spiritually advanced souls, beginning with samyagdrishti and becoming purer through higher guṇasthānas.
