HOW TO RECITE AND REMBERERS ALL JAIN SUTRAS WITH MEANING IF YOU DONT KNOW NOTHING

    2 hrs ago 1

    Answer

If you feel you “don’t know anything” about Jain Sutras, start very simply. Do not try to learn all Sutras at once. First learn:

    • Navkar Mantra
    • Logassa Sutra
    • Khamāsamaṇa Sutra
    • Iriyāvahiya Sutra
    • Tass Uttari Sutra

Learn slowly, with correct pronunciation, meaning, and devotion.

    How to Recite Jain Sutras

    • Sit calmly: Sit in a clean place with a peaceful mind.
    • Fold hands respectfully: Begin with humility and devotion.
    • Listen first: Learn from a Guru, scholar, parent, or reliable Jain pathshala recording.
    • Repeat line by line: Do not rush. Recite one line many times.
    • Pronounce carefully: Jain Sutras are sacred, so accuracy is important.
    • Understand meaning: Even simple meaning will make your recitation more powerful.

    How to Remember Sutras

    • Start with 2 lines daily: Memorize only a small part every day.
    • Repeat morning and night: Repetition is the best method.
    • Write the Sutra: Writing helps memory.
    • Recite with meaning: When you understand the meaning, you remember better.
    • Use a fixed order: Learn the Sutras in the same sequence daily.
    • Revise old lines: Before learning new lines, repeat yesterday’s lines.

    Simple Daily Plan

    • Day 1–7: Learn Navkar Mantra with meaning.
    • Next: Learn one small Sutra line by line.
    • Daily practice: 10–15 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes at night.
    • Weekly revision: One day only revise, do not learn anything new.

    Spiritual Understanding

In Jain Dharma, Sutra recitation is not only for memory. It helps purify thoughts, increase humility, and bring the mind closer to the qualities of Arihant, Siddha, Acharya, Upadhyay, and Sadhu.

The most important thing is not speed. The most important thing is:

    • Faith
    • Correct pronunciation
    • Understanding
    • Regular practice
    • Humility

    Takeaway

Start small. Learn one Sutra at a time. Recite daily with meaning and devotion. Even if you know nothing today, with regular practice you can slowly remember many Jain Sutras correctly.
