“Jai Jay Bhavi” is a respectful Jain greeting/blessing often used with the feeling:

“May the bhavya jivas progress on the path of liberation.”

In Jain Dharma, “bhavya” means a soul capable of attaining samyak darshan and ultimately moksha.
