Answer

In 2026, Jain Chaturmas is generally ending on Kartik Purnima, which falls on Tuesday, 24 November 2026.

Explanation

In Jain tradition, Chaturmas is the monsoon stay period for sādhus and sādhvīs. It commonly concludes around Kartik Purnima, after which monks and nuns may resume vihār according to proper rules and circumstances.

Some calendars may mention Dev Uthani Ekadashi / Prabodhini Ekadashi around 20–21 November 2026, but for Jain Chaturmas observance, Kartik Purnima is commonly taken as the ending point.

Takeaway

For practical observance, please confirm with your local Jain Sangh or temple calendar, because dates can vary slightly by local panchāng and tradition.
