In Jainism, Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahesh (Shiva) are not considered supreme gods or creators of the universe. Jain philosophy teaches that the universe is eternal and operates according to its own laws, without a creator or destroyer deity. The figures of Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahesh are acknowledged as part of Hindu cosmology, but in Jain texts, they are sometimes regarded as advanced celestial beings (devas) who have high status in the heavenly realms due to their past karmas, not as supreme beings.

Jainism emphasizes the worship of Tirthankaras—enlightened souls who have conquered worldly attachments and shown the path to liberation. The focus is on self-effort, non-violence (ahimsa), and spiritual purity rather than devotion to creator gods. Thus, Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahesh do not hold a central or ultimate role in Jain doctrine.
