In 14 Niyam, the last niyam is “Brahmacharya”.

It means practicing control over sensual desires and living with purity in thoughts, words, and actions.

Different Jain traditions may list or explain the 14 niyams slightly differently, but in the commonly taught list, Brahmacharya is the final niyam.
