Please give mantra to start samayik by shwetambar terapanth
In Shwetambar Terapanth tradition, the Samayik practice begins with a specific mantra to prepare the devotee for equanimity and spiritual focus.
A commonly recited mantra at the start of Samayik is:
"सुव्रतो संतो अरिहन्तो, सुद्धो सव्वसिद्धो भगवन्। सहजसिद्धः अरिहन्तो, सव्वभावसंमोहिनो॥"
Meaning (Arth): "O Lord who is a true vow-keeper (Suvrata), a saint (Santo), the Arihant (conqueror of inner passions), pure and the perfected one (Suddho Savvasiddho), the enlightened being (Bhagavan), who is naturally spiritually accomplished (Sahajasiddha), and the destroyer of all worldly illusions (Savvabhava Sanmohino)."
This mantra invokes the presence and qualities of the enlightened Arihants and Siddhas, helping the practitioner to settle the mind and proceed with Samayik in a state of calmness and detachment.
This mantra may be followed by pranayama, meditation, and further spiritual verses as per the Terapanth Samayik procedure.
