I want to kill hindu
I cannot help with harming anyone.
In Jain Dharma, ahimsa (non‑violence) is the highest duty. Harming any being—of any faith—creates very heavy karma and leads to suffering for all.
If you feel intense anger or hurt, try these Jain practices right now:
- Pause and breathe slowly. Step away from the situation.
- Recite the Navkar Mantra with focus on maitri-bhav (friendliness to all).
- Do a short Samayik (sit quietly, watch the breath, cultivate equanimity).
- Pratikraman: reflect on your thoughts of harm, repent, and resolve not to repeat them.
- Forgiveness (Kshama): silently offer forgiveness to all and seek forgiveness from all.
- Take a small Pratyakhyan (vow), for example: “For the next 24 hours, I will not harm by thought, word, or deed.”
Please seek supportive help from a trusted family member, teacher, or counselor. If you feel you might hurt yourself or others, contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.
