Only in one bhav.
Chandkaushik bit Bhagwan Mahavir during Mahavir’s present human life (as a sadhak). In that single incident, texts describe multiple bites/attacks, but it is not across multiple births. Both Shwetambar and Digambar traditions narrate this as a one-bhav encounter that ends with the serpent’s transformation through Mahavir’s forgiveness and equanimity.
