How many mother's of Krishna
In Jain tradition, Shri Krishna (called Padma/Vāsudeva) has:
- Devakī as his birth mother.
- Yaśodā as his foster mother (who raised him in Gokul).
- Rohiṇī is Balarāma’s mother and is sometimes counted as Krishna’s step‑mother within the household.
So, commonly two mothers are acknowledged (Devakī and Yaśodā). If counting motherly figures in the household, then three (adding Rohiṇī).
