In Jainism, "Moksha" (sometimes spelled "moshk" in transliteration) refers to the ultimate goal of spiritual liberation. Moksha is the release of the soul (jiva) from the cycle of birth, death, and rebirth (samsara). When a soul attains moksha, it is freed from all karmic bondage and achieves a state of eternal bliss, infinite knowledge, perception, and power.

According to Jain philosophy, moksha is achieved by:

1. Right Faith (Samyak Darshan)
2. Right Knowledge (Samyak Jnana)
3. Right Conduct (Samyak Charitra)

A soul that attains moksha rises to the top of the universe (Siddhashila) and exists there forever in its pure, perfected state. The path to moksha involves strict adherence to non-violence (ahimsa), truthfulness, non-stealing, celibacy, and non-attachment.
