Short answer: No. In the traditional Shvetāmbara “Pakṣikādi Atichār Sūtra,” the total is 99. The phrase “sadhaar–sabhartaar” is a single, compound atichār; it is intentionally counted as one item, not two. Splitting it would break the received enumeration and metre, and would give a non-traditional total of 100.

Some compilations enumerate atichārs more broadly (for example, adding karmadān, tapāchār, and vīryāchār lists), giving higher totals like 124. Digambar texts also use different enumerations. But the commonly recited Shvetāmbara Pakṣikādi count remains 99, with “sadhaar–sabhartaar” treated as one.
