No. Kevala Jnana (omniscience) is attained by a Tirthankar, not by their mother. Bhagwan Neminath himself attained Kevala Jnana at Girnar, and his mother Shivadevi is not recorded as having done so. Some legends note that Rajulmati (his betrothed) followed him into renunciation and also attained Moksha at Girnar, but not that Shivadevi gained Kevala Jnana. You can read more here and here
