Barsā Sutra usually means a twelve-fold framework in Jain practice. It points to two well-known twelve-part forms:

• Barasā Anuvrata: the twelve vows for a shravak (5 anuvratas, 3 gunavratas, and 4 shiksha-vratas).
• Barah Bhavna (Dwadāśa Anuprekṣā): the twelve contemplations (e.g., anitya, ashaṛnā, samsara, etc.).

Both forms are respected in both Digambara and Śvetāmbara traditions, with slight wording differences but the same twelve-fold structure and purpose: to guide conduct and inner purification. You can read more here
