Michchhāmi dukkaḍḍam (often written as Michhāmi Dukkadam) is a Jain phrase used to seek forgiveness. A clear English rendering is:

• “If I have caused you harm by my thoughts, words, or deeds, I beg your forgiveness.”

• It is commonly uttered at the end of visits, after meals, or during Paryushan and other religious occasions.
