Jains believe in aliens ?
Not in the modern sense of “aliens” as visitors from other planets. Jainism does not have a doctrine about extraterrestrial visitors like in popular sci‑fi.
What Jainism does teach about beings:
- The universe (loka) is vast and filled with many kinds of living beings (jivas) in different realms, including celestial beings (devas), humans, animals, plants, and more.
- All jivas are capable of attaining liberation through right conduct, non-violence, and spiritual effort, regardless of their form or realm.
- The emphasis is on ahimsa (non-violence) and the path to moksha, not on interplanetary contact or aliens.
If you’d like, I can point to Jain teachings that describe the structure of the cosmos and the variety of beings within it.
