Who invented chaturvinshati stava in pratikaman
Chaturvinshati Stava (Chauviṁśati-stava) was composed by Mahavirkirti, a Digambara Jain monk. It is one of the Chauvisha Åvashyakas (the six essential daily duties) recited during Pratikraman, specifically the part that praise the 24 Tirthankaras. Note that in Jain tradition, some stotras have different attributions in different sects, but the generally accepted attribution for this text in the Digambara lineage is Mahavirkirti.
