In Śvetāmbara tradition, Chaturvinshati Stava (Chauvisantho) is one of the six avashyak sutras used in Pratikraman. It is not said to have been invented by a single human author. The core aavashyak sutras, including this stava, are regarded as teachings revealed by the Ganadharas (especially Ganadhara Bhagwan) to Mahavira. Later, different Jain sects and scholars standardized and incorporated these verses into their Pratikraman practice, with minor regional or sectarian variations. So, there is no individual “inventor” named in the Śvetāmbara sources; it is considered a part of the primordial aavashyak sutras transmitted from Ganadhar Bhagwan.
