First tirthankar of jainisam
The first Tirthankar of Jainism is Lord Rishabhanatha, also known as Adinath. He is regarded as the founder of Jain tradition in the current time cycle (Avasarpini). Lord Rishabhanatha is mentioned in Jain scriptures as the first of the 24 Tirthankaras who established the fourfold Jain Sangha (community of monks, nuns, laymen, and laywomen) and taught the path of right faith, right knowledge, and right conduct.
