  • SHRI UTHMAN TIRTH

From the stone inscriptions found in the temple, the shrine is believed to be of a period before the 12th Vikram century. On the wall of the Rangamandap in the temple there is an inscription which states that the Rangamandap was built on Jeth Krishna Panchami in Vikram year 1251.There is one other inscription dated Wednesday, the Maha Sukla 10 in Vikram year 1243 which states that a well was constructed in the temple precincts by a Jain householder named Sri Dhaneshvar and his family members. There is a reference that a few years back the temple was renovated. There is no other temple nearby.
