In the heart of Hasampura village stands an exquisite idol of Bhagwan Parshwanath, measuring nearly 110 cms and cast in a captivating black hue. The Padmansana posture of the idol is adorned with an intricately designed umbrella featuring seven hoods. The artistic finesse of the Parshwanath idol is accentuated by the tenderly folded hands, held by Dharnendra and Padmavati (Naag devta), with an additional embellishment of Bhujband in the arms.
Sacred Site: Hasampura village, once a bustling part of the flourishing Ujjain city during the rule of King Vikramaditya, now cradles this sacred Tirth. In its historical past, this village served as a prominent street within Ujjain, housing the royal palace and the queen's palace, known today as Ranikot. Believed to trace its roots to a period preceding the 10th century of the Vikram era, the temple shelters metal idols of all 24 Tirthankaras. The artistic Parrikar behind the main idol showcases a rich cultural heritage. In 1649 of the Vikram era, Shah Vidyadhar of Ujjain undertook the renovation of this temple. Muni Nyaayratnavijayji, a disciple of Acharya Bhuvanbhanusurishvarji, initiated the restoration process upon witnessing the temple's condition in V.S. 2029. The renovation was successfully completed in V.S. 2036, marking the temple's restoration to its former glory. The site is renowned for the occurrence of numerous miracles, enhancing its esteemed stature.
