There are two Jain traditions on this:

• Digambara: Mahavira did not marry, and thus had no children.
• Śvetāmbara: Mahavira is said to have been married to Yashoda and to have a daughter named Priyadarshana (also called Anojja).

So, whether he had children depends on the tradition you follow. You can read more here
