Which deity should be worshipped on which particular day
In Jainism, any Tirthankar or true Deva can be worshipped on any day. There is no scriptural rule that a particular weekday must be for a particular deity.
However, in popular Jain practice, many families follow this simple pattern (mainly for Tirthankar bhakti):
- Sunday – Shri Rishabhdev (Adinath), 1st Tirthankar
- Monday – Shri Ajitnath, 2nd Tirthankar
- Tuesday – Shri Sambhavnath, 3rd Tirthankar
- Wednesday – Shri Abhinandan Swami, 4th Tirthankar
- Thursday – Shri Sumatinath, 5th Tirthankar
- Friday – Shri Padmaprabhu, 6th Tirthankar
- Saturday – Shri Suparshvanath, 7th Tirthankar

- Traditions may vary by region and sect (Śvetāmbara / Digambara).
- From Jain view, what really matters is:
