In Jain Dharma, the “highest padvi” (spiritual status) for a Maharaj Saheb (Sadhu/Muni) is:

1. As a muni (with body)

Among monks, the highest practical padvi is:

• Āchārya – head of the sangh
• Above even that in spiritual purity is the veetrāg, very advanced sadhu who has destroyed many karmas and is close to Keval‑gyān.

But all these are still within the status of “Sadhu Parmeshti”.

2. Absolutely highest padvi of the soul

Beyond all titles, the real highest padvi is:

1. Arihant – when the soul (even if once a muni) attains

- Keval‑gyān (infinite knowledge) - Keval‑darshan (infinite perception) - Anant‑vīrya (infinite energy) - Becomes vitrāgi (totally passionless) and gives deshnā.

1. Siddha – when that Arihant leaves the body and becomes a completely liberated soul at Siddha‑shilā.

This is the final, eternal highest padvi.

So, for a Maharaj Saheb, the highest possible padvi is to become Arihant and finally Siddha – that is the topmost state accepted in both Digambar and Shvetambar traditions.
