    Can jain give bj

    6 months ago 112

In Jain Dharma, the question is not “Is this particular act allowed?” but:

    • Does it increase kaam (lust) and mohaniya karma (deluding karma)?
    • Does it go against brahmacharya (chastity / sexual restraint)?
    • Is it necessary for simple married life, or just extra indulgence and excitement?

    Basic Jain rules:

    1. For sadhus/sadhvis (monks/nuns):

    - Absolutely no sexual activity at all – in body, speech or mind.

    1. For householders (shravaks/shravikas):

    - Sex only with one’s own lawful spouse (swadara‑santosh). - Even within marriage, Jain Dharma teaches restraint, simplicity and moderation, not experimenting with new ways to increase sensual excitement. - Any act whose main purpose is just more lust, more thrill, more intense sensual pleasure is seen as abrahmacharya (unchastity), even if it is with one’s spouse.

    Oral sex is generally:

    • Highly lust‑driven, done mainly for extra sensual excitement, not for basic grihasth (family) duty.
    • Connected with strong passions, fantasies, and objectification of the body.

From the angle of Jain principles (especially brahmacharya and control of passions), such acts are not in line with ideal Jain conduct, even in married life.

So, while people may do many things in practical life, if you ask:

    > “According to Jain Dharma, is this spiritually right?”

Then the honest answer is: A Jain who wants to sincerely follow brahmacharya for a householder should avoid such sexually excessive or perverse acts and keep married life simple, gentle, and restrained.
