Give me a five powerful important Gyne Mantra for my child to learn and remember and use for a lifetime Navkar Mantra Gautam Mantra manibhadra Dada Mantra Padmavati Maa Mantra Saraswati Mahamantra

Here are 5 simple, powerful Jain mantras your child can learn, remember, and use lifelong. All are fully within Jain tradition.

    ---

    1. Navkar (Namokar) Mantra – main mantra for whole life

    Prakrit (full form):

    Very simple meaning:

    • I bow to Arihants (perfect beings).
    • I bow to Siddhas (liberated souls).
    • I bow to Acharyas (spiritual leaders).
    • I bow to Upadhyayas (scripture-teachers).
    • I bow to all Sadhus and Sadhvis.
These bows destroy sins and are the highest good.

    Notes for you:

    • Accepted by both Śvetāmbara and Digambar traditions.
    • This should be your child’s number one daily mantra (morning, night, before study, before any work).

You can read more about Navkar Mantra here

    ---

    2. Gautam Swami Mantra – for humility & knowledge

Shri Gautam Swami Namah.

Very simple meaning: I bow to Shri Gautam Swami, the chief disciple of Bhagwan Mahavir, to gain humility, faith, and right knowledge.

    Use:

    • Good to chant after Navkar, especially when the child wants help in understanding, listening, and obeying with humility (like an ideal disciple).

    ---

    3. Manibhadra Dada Mantra – for protection & courage

Om Asiā’usa Namah Shri Manibhadra Disatu Mam Sada Sarvakāryeṣu Siddhim.

Very simple meaning: I bow to Shri Manibhadra Veer. May he always bless me so that my good works are completed without obstacles.

    Notes:

    • Slight wording/practice differences exist between Śvetāmbara and Digambar groups, but the bhāv is same: protection and success in dharmic work.
    • Teach the child that “success” here means: in good study, good behaviour, and good religious activities – not greedy wishes.

    ---

    4. Padmavati Mata Mantra – for removing obstacles

    Widely used Jain form: ओं ह्रीं श्रीं क्लीं ऐं ह्रीं श्रीं क्लीं सिद्ध्यै नमः॥ Om Hrim Shrim Klim Aim Hrim Shrim Klim Siddhyai Namah.

    Very simple meaning:

    • I bow to Padmavati Mata.
    • May her pure power remove inner obstacles (anger, fear, confusion) and help me walk on the right path.

    Tradition note:

    • Padmavati is the Yakshini (Śāsanadevī) of Bhagwan Parshvanath.
    • Both Śvetāmbara and Digambar Jains revere her, but exact mantras/stavan can slightly differ.
    • Always start with Navkar first, then chant this.

You can read more about Padmavati Devi mantra here

    ---

    5. Saraswati Mahamantra (for study & memory)

For a child, keep it very simple:

Short Jain Saraswati mantra: ॐ ऐं सरस्वत्यै नमः॥ Om Aim Saraswatyai Namah.

Very simple meaning: I bow to Saraswati, the goddess of true knowledge and scriptures. Please bless me with clear understanding, good memory, and pure speech.

How to use for studies (very easy routine):

    1. Sit quietly at study table.
    2. Chant Navkar Mantra 9 times.
    3. Then chant: “Om Aim Saraswatyai Namah” 11 or 21 times.
    4. Start studying with full attention and honesty.

    ---

How your child can use these 5 for a lifetime

A very simple daily pattern (you can adjust):

    1. Morning / Night:

    - 9, 27, or 108 times Navkar.

    1. Before study:

    - 9× Navkar - 11–21× Saraswati Mahamantra.

    1. When afraid / needing courage:

    - 9× Navkar - 11× Manibhadra Dada mantra - (or) 11× Padmavati mantra.

    1. For humility & obedience:

    - 9× Navkar - 11× “Shri Gautam Swami Namah”.

    Always teach:

    • Mantra is for purity, right faith, right knowledge, and right conduct – not for greed or harming anyone.
    • Best “power” of mantra comes when the child also practices ahimsa, truth, and discipline in daily life.
